Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide a quality service for patients in need of my services. I understand that unexpected events are a fact of life and I am happy to reschedule your appointment if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Please be courteous and notify me by phone if you are unable to attend your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice makes it difficult for me to allocate your appointment time to be taken by clients on my waiting list. As such I have had to implement the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation outside 24 hours of appointment: No charge.
• Cancellation within 12 hours of appointment: 50% fee.
• Failure to attend appointment without notice: 50% fee.
